Latest Information Technology: -The vacant position of “State enforcement and
compliance “summary Pakistan Telecom Authority has been sent to Prime Minister
Secretariat.
Reliable sources in the Telecom Authority show that Abdul Samad is the new member of enforcement and compliance. Currently, he serves as Director General Enforcement and Compliance on a temporary basis.
Two other names are also included in the
summary that Khawar Sadeeq Khokar and Kamran Ali. Khawar Sadeeq has been a member
of the Technical PTA, while Kamran Ali has been fair in the State Ministry of
IT (Latest Information Technology) and has served as a PTA General Manager Law.
It is interesting to note that the summary
recommends the appointment of Abdul Samadhi which is against the rules and
regulations. According to the rules and regulations summary should be sent
without any recommendation. But since this summary has included a
recommendation, many in the telecommunications sector have shown reservations
about it. This was shown during the ceremony where he congratulated and
