Prime Minister Formally Handed Over 3G/4G Licenses

Nawaz also said that the appreciation of the rupee against the U.S. dollar has been the greatest achievement of his government.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Chairman Dr Ismail Shah were present at the ceremony (IT Pakistan).
In April, the government raised $ 902.82 million from auctioning 3G and $ 210 million from the sale kept by the auction 4G Telecommunication Pakistan. Winning bidders for 3G licenses include Mobilink, Telenor and Ufone and Zong winning bid for both 3G and 4G licenses.
